Who are we?

Ready Aim Fire (RAF) is an U.S.- based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on providing sports for social change to communities around the world. Patrick Linton, founder, created RAF in 2017 and received tax-exempt status for the organization in 2018. Our mission is to empower people of all backgrounds, both mentally and physically, through sport. Research shows children that participant in sports are more likely to gain self esteem, enhance physical and mental health, promote teamwork, among many other social benefits and our programs aim to do just that.

With the help of our administration and staff Ready Aim Fire has provided service to over 500 local at- risk youth, 300 international youth participants, and dozens of adult coaches and volunteers. We aim to target youth participants (Ages 6-17) living in rural undeserved areas, employment for young adults (Ages 18-24), and adult volunteers that share our same passion for community support. Our organization consist of three components:

  • Campership & Day Camp Program

  • International Sports Exchange

  • Recreational Club teams

Overall, we look to continue to promote equality, help foster mutual understanding and respect among different cultures, and create opportunities for individuals to reach their full potential.
