The GEM Community Gym is a welcoming, high-energy training space dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds reach their full potential. Through accessible programs and uplifting community support, we create an environment where confidence, discipline, and personal growth thrive.

Women’s Fitness Bootcamps

Our Women’s Boot Camp is built to empower. This high-energy program brings women together to train hard, build confidence, and take control of their health in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through strength training, conditioning, and guided wellness habits, participants improve endurance, tone their bodies, and elevate their mindset. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or leveling up, our boot camp helps you push past limits and feel stronger inside and out.

Sports Performance Training

Our 90 minute- sports performance training program is designed to help athletes of all levels move better, get stronger, and compete with confidence. Through targeted strength work, speed and agility development, and proper movement mechanics, we build the physical foundation athletes need to excel in their sport. Each session focuses on injury prevention, performance optimization, and long-term athletic development, ensuring every athlete can train smarter, push harder, and reach their peak potential.

BUILT TO EMPOWER

Competitive Weightlifting (Olympic & Power lifting)

The Gem’s competitive youth Olympic and powerlifting program (10-17 years old) places a strong emphasis on mastering proper lifting technique, safety, and long-term athletic development. Athletes are coached through the fundamentals of the Snatch, Power Clean, Clean and Jerk, Squat, Bench press, and Deadlift, learning precision, body control, and disciplined movement patterns that set the foundation for lifelong strength training. Our lifters, led by USA Weightlifting certified coaches, prepare for and compete in sanctioned state, regional, and national tournaments—giving youth the opportunity to challenge themselves, earn rankings, and represent their community on major platforms. To promote whole-body wellness, we offer nutritious protein shakes and partner with ImpactLA to provide free, healthy meals for members.
